Golgappe (the famous Water Balls) - South Asian's favourite Street Food Snack



Prepared all the accompaniments that go into the golgappa, commonly known as, "water balls". 

They were served individually by making a hole in the centre of the balls and filling them with rest of the accompaniments. 



The potato masala that is made with some chana dal, diced potatoes, cumin, salt and paprika powder.



The chilled green tangy refreshing filler is made of fresh mint leaves and other spices.



The dark sweet sauce is made of tamarind and ginger powder.
