जब कभी बड़े स्तर पर हिंसा हो जाती है तब उसे पहले दिन कवर करना मुश्किल काम होता है. हर किसी के पास अपना एक अलग वीडियो होता है और अलग-अलग दलीलें. हर वीडियो एक अलग कथा की तरफ ले जा रहा होता है. कई कथाएं मिलकर एक गाथा में बदल जाती है. जिसे आप हिंदी में बहस का मुद्दा, वृतांत और अंग्रेजी में नैरेटिव कहते हैं. कल यही हुआ हिंसा से नैरेटिव का वीडियो हाथ लग गया. सारी लड़ाई इसी नैरेटिव को लेकर है. कौन अपनी नैरेटिव को करोड़ों लोगों तक पहुंचाने की क्षमता रखता है. आप समझ सकते हैं. जैसे एक फरवरी को बजट है. लेकिन आप बजट की बात नहीं कर रहे हैं. क्या बात करते हैं? ये तय करता है कि कौन-सा नैरेटिव चलवाया जा रहा है. पिछला पूरा साल बस तीन-चार नैरेटिव में निकल गया. ये साल भी निकल जाएगा... नहीं चलेंगे पुराने 100, 10 और 5 रुपए के नोट, RBI ने दी जानकारी

100 रुपए, 10 रुपए और 5 रुपए के पुराने नोटों के चलन को लेकर आरबीआई की तरफ से एक अहम जानकारी दी गई है. भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के मुताबिक मार्च -अप्रैल, 2021 के बाद से ये सभी पुराने नोट चलन से बाहर हो जाएंगे. यह जानकारी रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के असिटेंट जनरल मैनेजर बी महेश की ओर से दी गई है. दरअसल आरबीआई ने जानकारी दी है कि वह इन पुराने नोटों की सीरीज को वापस लेने की योजना पर काम कर रही है.




आरबीआई ( RBI ) अचानक से कोई भी पुराना नोट बंद नहीं करता इसलिए पहले बाजार में उस मूल्य का नया नोट सर्कुलेशन में लाया जाता है.
