ਹੇ ਮਨ! ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸੋਭਾ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੋਭਾ ਅਸਲ ਸੋਭਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੋਭਾ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਸ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਚਿਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ।

हे मन! जगत में नाम की इनायत से ही शोभा मिलती है, हरि नाम के बिना मिली हुई शोभा असल शोभा नहीं। माया के प्रताप से मिली हुई शोभा चार दिन ही रहती है, इसके नाश होते हुए देर नहीं लगती।
